1. Initial Meeting

• Our journey starts with a warm welcome. In our first meeting, we listen, understand your vision, and get to know you personally. This helps us tailor every detail of your event to your preferences. For example, if you want an Italian garden venue but it’s out of budget, we can arrange a shoot at a nearby garden and host the wedding at a beautiful villa

• Understanding your budget and alignening with the preferred style. This is really important be fair and clear with your wedding planner – this will help the budget priorities and where to put more or less the energies of the whole proccess.

• Presenting our services. Introducing our dynamic team, dedicated to crafting unforgettable wedding experiences. With a diverse network of talented suppliers and artisans, we ensure attention to detail and excellence in every aspect. 2. Definition of budget and schedule

Establishing a realistic budget for the wedding.We’ll conduct 5-10 Google meetings to cover budget, suppliers, and payments. Together, we’ll customize solutions within your preferences and budget. We’ll also establish a planning schedule with key deadlines, and share all essential documents on Google Drive for easy access and monitoring.

3. Research and selection of Vendors

Guiding you in selecting the perfect vendors, including venue, catering, photographer, florist, etc.. Our process prioritizes your vision, vendor flexibility, professionalism, and service delivery. We’ll support you every step of the way, showcasing our expertise and best practices.

We meticulously organize everything in advance, including gathering guest quotes for overnight stays, to avoid last-minute improvisation. Our expertise in negotiating contracts ensures that even small changes can significantly impact the overall agenda. Trust us to identify the best value vendors in the market, saving you time and money.

4. Design and Coordination of the Wedding

Collaborate with our head decorator to create a personalized mood board and design concept for your wedding. We’ll work closely with you, providing 1-2 design solutions based on your pinboard, and guide you step-by-step until your vision is brought to life.

Coordinating all details of the wedding day, from the ceremony to the reception. Based on the nr. of guests we will be there with you, by your side to coordinate the getting readdy, entrance of the ceremony, day and night suppliers and not to forget the clean up after a long party.

5. Management of Bureaucratic Procedures

Assisting the couple with the bureaucratic procedures necessary for the wedding. (All the procedures before and after for civil wedding are taken care from our qualifed staff and authorised translaters).

6. Management of the Wedding Day

Overseeing vendor setup and coordination. Relax and enjoy while we turn your vision into reality. Ensuring smooth wedding execution, including backup plans for unexpected changes.

7. Post-wedding Support

Resolving any post-wedding issues promptly. (Extra wine, Delivery of photo and video, forgotten items at the venue, thank you cards and favors from the wedding locations, honeymoons or exploring Tuscany in the upcoming days, concierge and transport requests – just ask, we are here for you.)
